Pakistan Business Tax (Non-Salaried & AOP Slabs)
The Pakistan Business Income Tax Calculator computes net tax liability for sole proprietorships, Associations of Persons (AOPs), and unincorporated small businesses under the First Schedule of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. Applying non-salaried progressive tax slabs (15% to 45%), it calculates allowable commercial deductions, depreciation allowances, and minimum tax.
In Pakistan, businesses operating as Sole Proprietorships or Associations of Persons (AOPs) are taxed under the Non-Salaried Tax Schedule found in Division I, Part I of the First Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. Taxable business profits are computed on an accrual basis, where legitimate expenses incurred wholly and exclusively for the production of business income—such as commercial rent, staff wages, utilities, raw materials, and depreciation allowances—are deductible from gross turnover.
